01 Introduction

Welcome to Magnum88, an online gaming platform operated at magnum88.cam and designed specifically for the Malaysian market. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Magnum88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Magnum88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Magnum88 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Magnum88 platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Magnum88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be held pending investigation.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the Magnum88 platform or under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You must register your Account using accurate, true, and complete personal information. The name, identification number, date of birth, and contact details provided must match your valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport).
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Magnum88 platform. Each person is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of Magnum88 or any of its affiliated Game Providers, payment processors, or technology partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

04 Account Registration

The registration process for a Magnum88 Account requires the submission of certain personal information. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.
• Your chosen username and password are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
• You will notify Magnum88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security by contacting support at [email protected].
• You will not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your Account on your behalf.

Magnum88 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend an Account, or close an Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where eligibility criteria are not met, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where a Player's conduct is determined to be in breach of these Terms.

Magnum88 operates a one account per household / IP address / device policy. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same household, IP address, or payment method, the platform reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, treat them as duplicate accounts.

05 Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the Magnum88 platform is subject to the following general terms of use, which apply in addition to all other provisions of this Agreement:

• The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the platform, its content, or its games is strictly prohibited.
• You agree not to use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly authorised by Magnum88.
• You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on the Magnum88 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical random processes. You accept the inherent element of chance in all gaming activities.
• You agree that your participation in any game or betting market constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules and the outcome of that game or event.
• Magnum88 reserves the right to void any game, bet, or transaction that it determines in good faith was affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or other system failure.
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. Magnum88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Magnum88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted to MYR-equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

Deposits

Magnum88 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. The standard minimum deposit is MYR 30.

• Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Deposits made via FPX or bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of sufficient network confirmations, which typically occurs within 15–30 minutes.
• Magnum88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the Player's balance must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, as an AML compliance measure.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to a few hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times.
• Magnum88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Magnum88 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion's terms, including minimum deposit requirements and account standing conditions.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• Where a Player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds in their Account, real-money funds are wagered first unless the applicable game or promotion specifies otherwise.
• Magnum88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are actively meeting wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or any other form of promotional misuse, will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is available on deposits made in USDT TRC20, BTC, or ETH, up to a maximum bonus amount of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. Full terms are displayed at the point of deposit.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Magnum88 platform are sourced from licensed third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a Game Provider's rules and these Terms, the Game Provider's rules shall take precedence in respect of that game's outcomes.

• All slot games on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any given gaming session.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers using physical gaming equipment. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by the physical processes involved and are not subject to RNG certification, though they remain subject to Game Provider auditing standards.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in for that wager.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round that prevents its completion, Magnum88 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-failure state. Where this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Account.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Magnum88 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited in full:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by Magnum88.
• Using the platform to engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other form of financial crime.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or scripting to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward Magnum88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or modify any aspect of the Magnum88 platform or its underlying technology.

10 Responsible Gambling

Magnum88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The platform makes available the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players, accessible through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days after the increase request is submitted.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time-based session reminders to alert them to the amount of time spent gaming.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Magnum88 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code, is the proprietary intellectual property of Magnum88 or its licensed Game Providers and technology partners. All rights are reserved.

• No part of the Magnum88 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of Magnum88.
• The Magnum88 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Game content, including game art, sound design, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers and is licensed to Magnum88 for use on the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magnum88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Any reliance on information, promotional materials, or game descriptions published on the platform.

The platform's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments

Magnum88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are particularly significant, Magnum88 may additionally notify Players via email or on-platform notification.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Magnum88 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the platform and may close their Account by contacting support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Magnum88 is licensed and operated. Players accessing the platform from Malaysia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Any dispute between a Player and Magnum88 that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
